Book review of 12 Angry Men by Reginald Rose:
Twelve Angry Men is a stage play that I read together in class with other students. It was a requirement in the class to read the book and write down the correct answers with the given packet. The book itself was a great read with witty writing and strong character that makes an impression. The best part is when the 8th juror is slowly convincing the other jurors that the kid isn't guilty, and seeing the reaction from all the jurors when he opposed them. It was my favorite because it started to convince me while I was reading it, and made me think about what's genuine and what was a lie.
The most empathy I've felt was not from the book but the movie. The movie had me connecting with the characters a lot more than in the book, (perhaps because there were real people I could see) and made me sympathetic with juror 3. In the book, however, I did feel empathy with the 8th juror who had to deal with everyone not believing him, saying that he was wrong.
Other than that I'll say Twelve Angry Men by Reginald Rose was a well-written play about twelve jurors yelling at each other if it was guilty or not guilty, and I'll recommend it to anyone interested in stage plays in one room, Twelve Angry Men.

Book review of The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros:
House one Mango Street is a book composed by Sandra Cisnero, it was read in my Humanities class with the other students, as an requirement for the class. The book itself had story-by-story way of writing, it jumps from year to year and shows the character growing over the book. I liked the poetic writing, it makes me think on what it means and how it matters in the book. However it dose make me confuse and at times miss the point of the chapter, but it dose show a great maturity on how it handles hard topics (sexual assault, abuse, ect) .
I would recommend the book to teens and adults but not kids, and anyone who likes stories with a unique way of story telling.

My Adventurer Book: I'm happy with my book but I'm not proud of it, I feel like I could have done more and should have done more, the art wasn't done and I feel like I need more time even if I already had enough time. However I did like my writing, the first one wasn't really the best, but the cabin tale was the one I put the most of my time and heart into.
